Nathan Thursting

Nathan cut his teeth in the music industry in the heady days of the mid-nineties brit pop explosion as a PR and label manager. Navigating his way through the culture clash of indie kids, ravers and rock n rollers he went on to become a promoter and DJ (part timer), running and playing the infamous small number of GLINT partiers in London alongside The Chemical Brothers.

Early tech start ups and various managementent rolls, led to 13 years of A&R, his hands on approach creating life long friendships and late night sessions. After 4 years running his own management team, he felt a change and that led him to join the team with old friends and new at GRADE.
